National Shrine of the Little Flower Basilica

Shrine is the largest parish within the Archdiocese of Detroit and one of three minor basilicas in Michigan.
As with many parishes, Shrine was using multiple tools for calendaring and communications. We implemented Shepherd 360º to help eliminate multiple tools and bring them into one platform to serve multiple purposes. In addition the parish staff now uses Shepherd 360º for request follow-ups, such as contact us, to track each request, route it to the assigned staff member per topic and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
The results (since April 2020):
345 contact us/engagement requests were submitted through their website, followed up on and closed.
They were able to migrate off MailChimp (6,600 records) to eliminate a tool and data source while also cutting costs
Over 40 communications have been sent to parishioners and school alumni
Replaced Google calendars with the Shepherd 360º calendaring and events module (hosted on their site)
1980 number of RSVPs - accounting for 4979 people. This was used for Christmas Masses.
